Colleen Rosalia, PA-C

IFM (Functional Medicine Provider)

With over two decades of experience in medicine, Colleen Rosalia, brings both depth of clinical knowledge and compassion to every patient encounter. She earned her degree from Touro College’s Physician Assistant Program in 1997 and is board certified by the NCCPA. Throughout her career, she recognized that many patients were searching for more than symptom management — they wanted to understand why they didn’t feel well and how to achieve lasting vitality.
This led her to complete advanced training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), where she gained expertise in identifying the root causes of hormone imbalance, metabolic dysfunction, and chronic inflammation. Today, she integrates traditional medical knowledge with functional and regenerative therapies to help patients achieve optimal wellness from the inside out.
Her clinical interests include bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for women and men, functional medicine, weight loss and metabolic health, and preventive wellness programs. She believes in partnering with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that support hormone balance, improve energy and focus, optimize body composition, and promote long-term health.
Colleen’s mission is to guide her patients toward feeling their best — physically, mentally, and emotionally. She values education, empowerment, and the human connection at the heart of medicine.
